QA Tester
Validate that system functionality meets requirements.
A QA Tester is responsible for ensuring system quality by identifying bugs, verifying functionality, and validating that the product meets requirements. We design and execute test cases, report issues, and collaborate with developers to improve the product before implementation.
Approach
The Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) is a commonly used for continuous improvement cycles:
- Plan: Identify area of improvement, analyze the current situation, and develop a plan for improvement with clear goals.
- Do: Implement the plan on a small scale to test its effectiveness.
- Check: Measure and evaluate the results against the desired outcome.
- Act: If successful, implement the solution more broadly. If not, refine the plan and repeat the cycle.
